The double leaky bucket meter, shown in figure 2.3, is similar to the single leaky bucket meter. The only differences are that tokens must be simultaneously available in two distinct buckets, and that tokens are removed from both buckets if the packet is found to be conforming.
DLB has the following parameters:

Only mpu is optional, all other parameters are required.
