Packet meta data

The following meta-data ``fields'' are defined:

meta_protocol

number of protocol above link layer, e.g. ETH_P_IP

meta_nfmark

firewall mark

meta_tc_index

traffic control index

Note that meta_nfmark and meta_tc_index are experimental and currently serve no purpose.
