Configuration data format

The configuration data is passed as plain text with one statement per line. Each line is terminated with a newline character. There are no comments, blank lines, or leading or trailing spaces.

There are several groups of statements, each containing zero or more statements. The groups appear in the following order:

Unless otherwise indicated, all numbers can be decimal or hexadecimal, with the usual convention that non-zero decimal numbers have no leading zero, and hexadecimal numbers begin with 0x.
